Terms of Use
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms govern the use of Alpha Account Market, a marketplace for buying and selling digital properties with escrow-protected payments. By creating an account, listing an asset or making an offer, you agree to them.
1. Who we are, and definitions
The platform is operated by the Alpha group. PIX payments are contracted with Alpha Propriedades Digitais LTDA (CNPJ 43.400.885/0001-29, Brazil); stablecoin payments are contracted with the group's international entity, identified at checkout before the payment is confirmed.
- Asset: the listed digital property — a social media account, website, domain or e-commerce store.
- Seller: whoever lists an Asset.
- Buyer: whoever makes offers and acquires an Asset.
- Contract: the deal created when the Seller accepts an offer.
- Escrow: the platform holding the payment until delivery is confirmed.
- Inspection window: the period, counted from delivery, for the Buyer to verify the Asset.
2. What the platform does (and does not do)
We broker the negotiation and hold the payment in escrow until delivery is confirmed. We are not a party to the deal between Buyer and Seller, we do not own the listed Assets, and we do not guarantee any Asset's future performance.
Listing metrics (revenue, profit, traffic, age) are declared by the Seller. The verification badge, when present, indicates a platform check; it does not replace the Buyer's inspection, which is the central protection mechanism of these Terms.
3. Account and sign-up
- You must be 18 or older and provide true, up-to-date information.
- The account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for what happens in it.
- We may request additional documents and verifications before enabling operations.
4. Listings
- Listing is free. The Seller declares the language of each version of the listing, and the listing appears in the storefront of every language it has a translation for.
- The listing sets the currency of the deal (USD or BRL) — and the currency determines the accepted payment methods (§6).
- The Seller warrants being the legitimate owner of the Asset and that the listing information is true.
- The platform may unpublish or remove listings that violate these Terms, recording the reason.
5. Offer and acceptance
- The Buyer makes an offer with the proposed amount. The offer expires in 7 days if not answered.
- At the moment of the offer, the amount, the currency and the applicable commission are frozen — later table changes do not affect offers already made.
- When the Seller accepts, the Contract is created, the listing leaves the storefront and all other pending offers are automatically declined.
6. Payment and escrow
- Listing in USD: payment in stablecoin (USDT/USDC). Listing in BRL: PIX or stablecoin.
- After the first confirmed charge, the Contract's payment method is fixed — no switching rails mid-way.
- The legal counterparty is shown at checkout before payment and depends on the chosen method (§1).
- For stablecoin: send the exact amount, in a single transaction, on the indicated network, within the charge's validity. Deposits outside these conditions do not confirm the Contract and are handled as unidentified deposits.
- At stablecoin checkout, the Buyer may register a refund address — that is where any refund is sent, after confirmation with our team (§10).
- Once the payment is confirmed, the funds are held in escrow: the Seller sees the confirmation but only receives after release (§8).
7. Delivery
With the payment in escrow, the Seller transfers the Asset to the Buyer — access, credentials, domain, account — and records the delivery on the platform with evidence. Communication and the transfer must happen through the platform's channels (§11).
8. Inspection window and release
- From delivery, the Buyer has the inspection window of the Asset's type: 14 days for social media accounts and domains, 21 days for websites, 30 days for e-commerce stores.
- During the window, the Buyer verifies that the Asset matches the listing.
- The payment is released to the Seller when the Buyer confirms delivery — or automatically at the end of the window, if no dispute is open. The platform sends reminders along the way.
- Something wrong? The Buyer must open a dispute before the window ends (§9).
9. Disputes
- Once a dispute is opened, the payment stays held and the other party is called to respond with evidence.
- The platform reviews both sides and decides the destination of the escrowed funds: full refund to the Buyer, full release to the Seller, or a split between the parties when there was partial delivery.
- In a split, the parts always add up to exactly the escrowed amount, and the platform's commission applies only to the Seller's share (§12).
10. Refunds
- Stablecoin refunds are sent to the refund address registered by the Buyer and confirmed with our team — for safety, never to an address provided mid-dispute without confirmation.
- Refunds of PIX payments follow a specific procedure communicated by the team case by case.
- Refunds are not automatic: they result from the dispute review or from an agreement between the parties recorded in the Contract.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing external contact details (phone, email, social handles) or negotiating outside the platform before the Contract is concluded — subject to listing removal and banning. The official team only reaches out through the channels indicated on the site.
- Listing an Asset you do not own, with false metrics, or obtained unlawfully.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity; we may refuse operations and report to authorities where the law requires.
- Circumventing the escrow, the commission or the security mechanisms.
12. Commission
- The Buyer pays exactly the amount of the accepted offer, with no added fee.
- The platform's commission is deducted from the Seller's payout when the sale concludes: 20% of the amount, with a minimum of US$ 20 (USD listings) or R$ 100 (BRL listings).
- The commission is frozen at the offer (§5); in a dispute with a split, it applies to the Seller's share, capped at it.
- There is no mandatory subscription. Optional plans, when they exist, will have their conditions stated at purchase.
13. Payout to the Seller
- Once the payment is released (§8), the payout goes to the receiving details registered and confirmed by the Seller — a PIX key (Contracts paid via PIX) or a stablecoin wallet with token and network (Contracts paid in stablecoin).
- Keeping the receiving details correct is the Seller's responsibility; their confirmation is a condition of the payout.
14. Liability
The platform is responsible for operating the escrow as described in these Terms. We are not responsible for the future performance of Assets, for decisions of third-party platforms (social networks, registrars, providers) regarding the traded Assets, or for losses arising from false information provided by the parties — without prejudice to rights provided by law.
15. General provisions
- We may update these Terms; relevant changes will be announced and take effect upon publication, without affecting Contracts already accepted.
- How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
